From there we help tailor a treatment plan that is right for each client.

Individualized Therapy Services

  • Our speech therapy services are dedicated to helping individuals overcome speech sound disorders and embrace effective expression. From lisps to phonological disorders and everything in between, we offer specialized therapy for children and adults alike.   • With hours of rigorous study and practice in the area of motor speech disorders, we offer qualified services that are specific to motor speech disorders such as Apraxia and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Speech intervention is provided utilizing the principles of motor learning and research based treatment methods such as PROMPT, DTTC, and ReST.

  • Our dedicated myofunctional therapy services are designed to optimize the coordination and strength of the muscles involved in speech, swallowing, and facial expression. Treatment is designed to target and treat tongue thrust, improper swallowing, and other oral habits. Through a holistic approach and evidence-based techniques, we will support you in achieving proper oral function, improved speech clarity, and overall well-being.

  • Stuttering and fluency services focus on supporting individuals who experience disruptions in the natural flow of speech, such as repetitions, prolongations, or blocks.     We utilize the principles of motor learning and evidenced based approaches to target dysarthria.

  • At Speech Specialists LLC we understand that holistic therapy goes beyond the client and extends to the family and caregivers. For these reasons, we offer services such as family support groups and counseling.

  • Gain a mentor passionate about helping young SLP’s kickstart their career. We work with you and help guid you through finding a niche, negotiating, continuing education, and more!

  • Guidance and direction in all things motor speech! We will guide you through developing your “motor lens”, evaluation, treatment, and recommended training to feel confident when working with motor speech disorders such as Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
